Zell Am See is located within the Hohe Tauern National Park Region, the jewel of Austria's natural landscapes with some of the most spectacular views in Europe. Set in a picturesque location between the lake (the Zeller See) and the riged slopes of Schmittenhohe, Zell Am See is one of the region's most popular holiday destinations. This luxury duplex apartment is situated in an excellent location on the Schmittenstrasse just 100m from the Schmittenhohe ski lift and less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre and lake, providing an ideal base for the ski pistes and resort venues. Our apartment is just an 8 minute downhill walk to the town centre and City Xpress ski lift. The ski bus stop is opposite the building and buses run throughout the day during the ski season. Positioned on the second and third floor of a traditional Austrian chalet; the apartment enjoys fantastic views of both the Schmittenhohe and the lake providing the perfect setting for your holiday. Having a floor area of more that 120m2, the apartment is extremely spacious with well proportioned rooms and contains all the modern facilities such as central heating and sky television. The apartment has secure parking to the front and extensive storage facilities inlcuding a basement for skis and wet clothes.
